By downloading or using the ByZseer application, you automatically agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the application.

1. Service Description

ByZseer is a digital management tool designed to help users organize purchase receipts and warranties using Artificial Intelligence (AI). The application offers scanning, data extraction, cloud storage, and financial statistics features.

2. Disclaimer (Important)

Legal Note: ByZseer is a personal organization tool. We are not a legal entity nor do we guarantee that digital images of your receip will be accepted by all merchants or manufacturers for warranty claims. You are responsible for verifying the warranty requirements of each product an if necessary, keeping the physical originals.

We are not responsible for financial losses, rejected warranties, or damages arising from the use of the application or data storage failures.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

ByZseer offers "Premium" plans (Monthly, Annual, and Founder) that unlock advanced features.

  • Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. We cannot cancel subscriptions for you.
  • Restoration: You can restore previous purchases using the "Restore Purchases" button on the app's subscription screen.

4. Fair Use Policy

Although our Premium plans offer "unlimited" storage, we apply a fair use policy to prevent system abuse and ensure service quality for all users.

Excessive use of AI or massive storage (exceeding 3,000 documents or non-human/bot behavior patterns) may result in temporary limitation or suspension of service. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes abusive use.

5. AI Accuracy

OCR and AI scanning technology is advanced but not infallible. ByZseer does not guarantee 100% accuracy in data extraction. is the user's responsibility to verify and correct extracted data (prices, dates, names) before saving.

6. Intellectual Property

The ByZseer application, including its code, design, and brand, is our intellectual property. The data and receipts you uplo belong to you.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the application will imply acceptance of the new terms.
