Welcome to ByZseer ("we", "us", "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when using our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

To provide you with our warranty management and financial analysis service, we collect the following types of information:

  • Account Information: If you register, we collect your email address and authentication method (Google, Apple, or Email/Password).
  • Receipt and Product Data: Images of receipts and products that you upload or scan.
  • AI Extracted Data: Information automatically extracted from your images, such as merchant names, dates, prices, and product details.
  • Usage Data: Technical information about your device and how you interact with the application (to improve the service and dete errors).
  • CSV Export (Premium): Premium users can export their data to a CSV file that includes web links to view their receipt images. By sharing this file with third parties (accountants, insurers, etc.), those people will have access to the linked images. The user is responsible for managing who they share their export with.

2. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

ByZseer uses advanced Artificial Intelligence technologies (such as Google Gemini, DeepSeek, and other LLM models) to proces your receipt images.

  • Images are securely sent to our AI providers exclusively for text and data extraction.
  • This data is used to automatically fill your inventory and generate financial statistics.
  • We do not use your personal data to train public AI models without your explicit consent.

3. Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase. We implement robust security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, to protect your information against unauthorized access.

If you use the application as a "Guest", data is stored locally on your device. If you decide to delete the application, this local data will be permanently lost.

4. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following providers only when necessary for the operation of the App:

  • Supabase: For authentication, database, and file storage.
  • RevenueCat: To manage subscriptions and in-app purchases.
  • Firebase (Google): For sending push notifications, expiration alerts, and technical error analysis.
  • Google/Apple: For authentication services (Login).

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data as long as you have an active account. You have full control over your information:

  • You can edit or delete individual receipts at any time.
  • You can request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data directly from the application settings ("Delete Account").
